Management

We manage all of our properties so you deal with the landlord from Day 1, we complete all viewings, tenancy agreements and check ins, we are your point of contact so we can ensure a speedy process for anything that the tenant may require.

Getting the correct tenants in our properties is our priority so we do not charge fees and discuss inventories and paperwork with the tenants to ensure both sides are happy before move in.

We complete check ins every 3 months to ensure our tenants are happy and there are no hidden issues within the properties.

Design Team

We pride ourselves on the design within our properties, anyone can slap some paint on a wall, but we really spend some focussed time on the full feel of the property, right to the hook sizes!

Each property has a coloured theme and we give our properties a name too!

Co-Living
Space

In our properties there is a focus on co living space, the shared spaces offer a large area to allow tenants to socialise and also work at our different chill/work area’s

We want the wow factor and executive living for our tenants and we want them to be proud of the house they live in.

Technology

We focus on tenants needs and include technology throughout the property where possible, some have smart thermostats, wine coolers, top spec appliances, large flat screen tv’s and there are usb ports in all rooms!

Broadband is a big player in shared accommodation so we have wired routers including boosters strategically located around the property to reduce any risk of black spots or issues with multiple devices connected. There is also a 24/7 helpline should any problems arise!
