Established in 2016, Ambrose Property Group have accelerated within the property rental market to cement their high end status of properties to offer an executive experience for their tenants.
With a selection on buy to let properties and co-living spaces within the Worcester area’s, we cater for all types of individuals to offer an exceptional experience within our properties, we want tenants to be happy and feel as though their rental property is home.
We are reaching new levels in 2019 with the introduction of co living homes in Worcester. This is an exciting step for us to further cement our quality as landlords and property rental owners and to ultimately put a smile on peoples faces when they live in an Ambrose Property.

Our Mission
Our mission is simple, we want to put a smile on peoples faces by offering executive standards of properties that they can call home. We wouldn’t want to live in below standard conditions so why should our tenants!
We are focussed on high quality living, with en-suites where possible, bespoke furniture and quality décor which is all designed by our in house team.
We have adopted the fast trending co-living model within our properties, allowing strangers to socialise but also allow them to find their space if they want some chill time or need a quiet spot to do some work and they don’t need to sit in their room 24/7!
We centre our properties around the shared living area to ensure good social area’s and kitchen area’s with plenty of seats for bums! We want our tenants to enter the house and head to the shared living space rather than straight to their room.
Andy Jones, Director
Andy has over 3 years’ experience working within the property rental and management market, he has self-taught his knowledge within the industry and adapted his own style to create exceptional properties within the rental market
Andy has had a varied background since studying a degree in Accounting & Taxation then pursuing a career in sales working for brands such as Coca Cola, Monster Energy, Sharpie pens to name a few.
He has adapted his training and desire to succeed through these companies and focussed these skills into the property market, very much a learn by doing person, Andy’s ambition and drive to succeed has seen a fast acceleration of the Ambrose Property Group brand to the market.
Also being a numbers man, Andy assesses potential properties to ensure both viable for the business and tenants alike.
With the ultimate aim of putting a smile on tenants faces and offering a home from home experience, Andy strives to grow the business further and make a dent in the market by offering alternative co living spaces within the market.
Etwaria Jones, Director
Etwaria brings a great deal of experience and passion to Ambrose Property Group, similarly to Andy, Etwaria has had a varied background, moving to the UK at the ripe age of 18, she used determination and confidence to establish herself as a registered nurse, she then moved onto operating a highly successful retail business for 30+ years.
This determination and confidence is a great asset for Ambrose Property Group linked with the business knowledge, Etwaria supports in ensuring properties are maintained to the highest level and properties are getting filled to avoid any voids.
With experience in land and development and strong negotiation skills, Etwaria plays a pivotal role in moving projects along and keeps Andy on his toes to ensure the numbers stack up alongside the ambition for each property.
Stephanie Jones, Manager
Stephanie plays a key role within Ambrose Property Group, she is the final cog to the wheel to ensure smooth processes and deadlines are met. With extensive experience in customer facing roles spanning 15+ years, Stephanie is the go-to person for tenants and contractors to monitor timelines and ensure tenants are satisfied with the properties and processes to get them in.
Stephanie also plays an instrumental role in the design and features within the property often scouring the internet and local suppliers to ensure the best design and furnishings are going in the Ambrose properties. She is the force to ensure we get over the finish line!
